Dear CORSA Members: Butler County is interested in learning how CORSA members have organized their Commissioners office. Butler County utilizes a county administrator and the organizational chart for member counties with an administrator would be particularly enlightening (how many assistant or deputies there are the administrator would be of particular interest). No doubt some counties in CORSA do not have an administrator, but those smaller counties have, no doubt, found efficient ways to arrange their governmental services in the commissioners office which make it easier for them to provide service. Pickaway County has County Administrator and an Assistant County Administrator whose responsibilities are primarily to handle HR functions and supervise the County Building Department.
