It is only actively used by the City of Mansfield as its agent for selling/leasing land.Regional Planning does the administration work as part of its services and there is a $ 100 fee paid by the political subdivision for any transaction that the CIC acts as an agent. · Does the county contribute any funds to the CIC? No · How much input (what percentage of votes) does the county have on the CIC board?
