Muskingum County does not allow remote working. We did have teleworking during the pandemic but 100% are back on-site. Thanks! Butler County is researching the risks and benefits of instituting a hybrid (on-site and remote) work schedule for certain positions in the County. We are interested in learning what other Counties are doing. We understand there are Counties that have instituted new programs allowing employees to work remotely for all or a portion of their work week. We would like to see what policies and procedures you have implemented and how you have addressed the workers compensation risk of a remote worker being injured at home.
