Warren County is exploring the option of a Teleworking Policy for departments to use for the appropriate personnel for non-pandemic/non-emergency situations. Do other counties have a permanent policy for teleworking? How does it work and how often do you use it? We have a committee working on this idea and would like any feedback or sample policies that are being used.
Thank you for your feedback,
Sue Spencer, HR Manager
Warren County
