The deputies sign up for opening as "special duty" and are paid directly by the Fair Board. Vacation Payouts - Muskingum County only processes vacation payouts when an employee leaves/retires from employment. The payout is typically processed with the employee's final paycheck. Thanks! The Fair Board pays the cost and seeks reimbursement from the County from the general fund. Security is supplied by employed deputies of the County. Vacation Payouts - Warren County only processes vacation payouts when an employee leaves employment. These are done within 30 days of the person leaving employment. We do have a separate line item for Vacation Payouts.
