I handle all the health insurance benefits/correspondents from the Commissioners’ office. I include an open enrollment letter, at the appropriate time, as a payroll stuffer through the Auditor’s office. I also send email attachments to the department heads and have them collect the information and turn in to me. Depending what insurance company you are with, depends on how much “data entry” you have. We are with CEBCO now and they handle open enrollment applicants data entry.
