Hi Jonette, Per our Department of Environmental Services (DOES) Union Contract "The Employer shall provide to appropriate employees $170.00 each year towards the purchase of safety shoes which meet OSHA requirements. The Employer will evaluate various Erie County vendors* to provide said safety shoes. The Employer will provide at no cost to the Employee, puncture resistant safety inserts for appropriate employees".
