[CORSA-broadcast] Inmates assisting with highway engineer cleanup

Hello, Would anyone have guidance on if they are allowing inmates to assist the highway engineer team with cleanup efforts like weed eating and low maintenance landscaping at intersections? If so do you use any written guidelines for this? Have there been any implications you have run into and modifications you have had to make? Thank you for any assistance on this!
