Ours isn't the greatest but here's what we have. It's the result of a political group hanging large banners across our courthouse steps a few years ago after hours without anyone's knowledge. It was a fiasco. One of our judges was very upset as the banners carried the name of a large local mining company and she said that created a conflict of interest for her when hearing cases involving that company. This is a building and grounds question:
Do any counties have a written policy regarding what is allowed (or not allowed) with regard to political posters, flyers, and advertisements on county property?
We are focusing on posters and ads for voting issues, levies, etc, not on candidates for political office. Anything you may have will be helpful.
