Clinton County does illustrate the accrual earned for that pay date as well as the benefit balance for both sick time and vacation time. No disclaimer. Payroll is processed through the Auditor's Office. A few areas such as the Sheriff's Office have time clocks, but for the most part we use paper time sheets. Would love to implement a time and attendance module connected to our payroll system, but that has not risen to the top of the priority list yet. Benefit accrual data is currently provided to the Auditor's Office by the offices-however, this should be set up in payroll to calculate the accrual based upon hours paid, payroll has just not set that up for whatever reason.
