Due to the current rate of COVID spread, Muskingum County is looking at reinstating the extended EPSLA (Emergency Paid Sick Leave) that allows for a refreshed bank of 10 days of paid sick leave that currently would cover applicable COVID related leave between 04/01/21 and 9/30/21. (wondering if that will be extended based on current cases) If we decide to reinstate, we are not looking at retroactive back to 04/01/21 but rather from the approval date forward. Have any other Counties already reinstated the extended EPSLA? Appreciate any information that Counties would like to share. Thanks!
