I'm reaching out to see if your county commissioners or other appointing authorities in your county have established an employee recognition program that provides additional paid leave for outstanding perform? If so, could you please share a copy of your program? A county has inquired looking for samples that they could use in crafting their own program. As you know, Ohio law (ORC Section 325.25) allows such programs, upon notifying the board of county commissioners, as long as the costs of the program do not exceed the office's budget. Below is the text of the law. Thanks so much for your time and assistance! Really appreciate it! Cheryl Subler CCAO http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/325.25v1 325.25 Program to recognize outstanding employee performance.
