We have a member that is exploring converting from paper to digital personnel records and seeks some feedback on a few questions. Do you currently store personnel files via paper, electronic or a combination of the two? What are the software costs associated with moving storage from paper to electronic? What cyber security factors do you consider? Feel free to respond to the group or directly to me if you would like your responses provided without identifying information. Thanks.
