Ottawa County does have an HR Director. We encourage all our elected officials and department heads to utilize her. If the department is not in the general fund and does NOT pay indirect cost we will invoice that department back for her services... most of them, with the exception of Workers Comp. It is to our benefit that as a group she work on that so we do not invoice back those hours. Our hourly rate is all inclusive with salary and benefits.
