We have a central mailroom with a full time administrative assistant that processes incoming and outgoing mail (among other duties) for all departments. We lease our postage machine through Pitney Bowes and the post office picks up the mail towards the end of the business day. Daily reports are run that outline individual departmental usage and they are billed monthly by our account clerk. Thanks!
