In Belmont County we offer: 1) $15,000 Life/AD&D 2) $2.55 per month 3) No 4) 100% county paid 5) Fort Dearborn Life The amount of insurance and premiums decrease after age 65 to $10,050-$1.78/month and $7500-$1.28 for 70 yrs and up.
