Do any of the participating departments use time clocks? Departments enter their time used during payroll time entry, the system automatically accrues hours based on the tables we have in place each pay. Yes, some departments use time clocks. Is there a disclaimer attached, stating that “this information is current as of 00/00/16? This is based on pay beginning and ending dates. Who inputs the data? Does this create extra time in the processing of payroll? The departments enter the time and no it does not add alot of extra time. Do you outsource payroll, or is it done in-house?
