Madison County is in the process of adopting a hybrid work environment. I've attached our policy for JFS, however, each department is unique. One of the main reasons behind this is to remain competitive in the current job market. This has been positive in staff retention. We are interested in learning what other Counties are doing. We understand there are Counties that have instituted new programs allowing employees to work remotely for all or a portion of their work week. We would like to see what policies and procedures you have implemented and how you have addressed the workers compensation risk of a remote worker being injured at home. We appreciate your time is very valuable and thank you in advance for anything you are willing to share.
