Richland County has a total of 202 buildings totaling 1,208,792 square feet Deducting the buildings that have their own maintenance staffs leaves the following under the Commissioners: 129 Buildings - 743,753 square feet - 1 Maintenance Superintendent & 6 Maintenance Technicians We have no custodial staff. We use a contract cleaning company.
