[CORSA-broadcast] Reporting PWRE benefits/premium to BWC for prospective billing

As PWRE reportable benefits utilized to pay/report premium for workers' compensation are not available to report by the following year's deadline, does anyone have any ideas as to how they will be able to project PWRE benefits to use for the new prospective billing?
