My question is, in the past say for a Public Hearing, the hearing was recorded on tape and then transcribed for our files. If we video record the Public Hearing does there still need to be a transcription of the meeting? Thank you. Cheryl Heacock, Clerk Morrow County Commissioners 80 N. Walnut Street, Ste.
