WE DO LEASE OUR POSTAGE METER FROM NEOPOST, DEPARTMENTS DROP THEIR OUTGOING MAIL OFF PRIOR TO 2 P.M. AND SHE METERS IT. THE POST OFFICE (FOR NOW) STOPS AROUND 3 P.M. AND PICKS IT UP FOR US.
