Muskingum County has the following language as part of our Union contract:
"A Deputy retiring in good standing from the Muskingum County Sheriff's Office shall be allowed to purchase his/her service weapon from the County for the sum of $1.00. The Deputy shall be entitled to receive a badge signifying his/her retirement."
