Garland Co. is the vendor we use on roof projects; we buy the materials through them at discounted price. Contractors quote on labor to install the material. Specifications for projects are from other ones completed throughout the U.S..Lake County has used this process on projects other than roofs saving money on major capital projects.US Communities can be joined through the CCOA Association.
