This is the policy for Logan County. Pre-employment drug testing: As allowed by law prospective employees must submit to a drug test after a conditional job offer has been extended to the individual. Any prospective employee who tests positive for the use of alcohol or controlled substances or engages in any of the actions listed in section 6, “Refusal to Test”, will not be hired. Each job classification will be evaluated to determine if it is subject to pre-employment drug testing.
