Delaware County offers full time employees life insurance that is equal to one times their annual salary up to a maximum of $125,000. Anything over $50,000 is considered a taxable fringe benefit. We also offer voluntary guaranteed issue life through Voya and whole life through Colonial that builds cash value. Voya has supplemental coverage for the employee, the employee’s spouse and children.
