Muskingum County does have a Dog Kennel & Adoption Center. See responses below to questions: Do you allow people to go into the kennel area to see the dogs? *YES* If so, do you have the visitor sign a waiver? *NO* Do visitors go into the kennel area alone or does a dog shelter employee/volunteer accompany them? *BOTH, SOMETIMES THEY GO ALONE, AND SOMETIMES AN EMPLOYEE OR VOLUNTEER MAY ASSIST THEM. HOWEVER THE DOGS ARE IN A KENNEL UNLESS THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO WALK THE DOG AND AN EMPLOYEE OR VOLUNTEER WOULD GET THE DOG FOR THEM AND TAKE IT OUTSIDE. AN EMPLOYEE OR VOLUNTEER WOULD STAY NEARBY FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR IF ANY PROBLEMS WOULD OCCUR. * Or, does a shelter employee/volunteer bring dogs to a visiting area? *SEE ABOVE* Does an employee/volunteer remain with the dog at all times? *SEE ABOVE* Are there cameras at your shelter to capture any mishaps? *NO CAMERAS AT THE FACILITY.* Thanks!
