This is separate from his bond for being a Juvenile/Probate Court Judge. ORC 2151.12 says the amount of this bond is to be determined by the Board of County Commissioners. Does anyone have a dollar amount they use for this bond? $5,000? $10,000? Also, do the Commissioners have to take any action to set this amount or approve the bond in open session?
