Sometimes an agreement/contract will come up in session that they know is coming, and the Board will authorize me to sign it out of session. If it 's authority to sign on behalf of president of the board, for vehicle titles, registrations, BMV covert stuff, I get a letter from the president after every organizational meeting. For authorizations for signatures on PARS, payroll issues and other things, the board does a resolution.
