Response from Lorain County: Lorain County Auditor's Office response, Jonette, each department is responsible for maintaining their own recording of time. Not sure how they did it. some do have time clocks and others do not, from what I have been told. Therefore, we in the Auditor's office do not keypunch any data in for the paychecks.
