Washington County Sheriff's Office trains utilizing the A.L.I.C.E. protocol. They lecture then conduct the live simulated drill. Lorain County would like recommendations on Alternative Civilian/Active Shooter training. Our local Sheriff’s Department has presented the training in a lecture series; but I have been asked to find out what other Counties are doing for training. Are you using lectures, videos, live simulated training or the ALICE training?
