Michelle, Here in Richland County, we haven't had this problem in our dog shelter, but in another department we had issues with wet floors and they used the type of slip-resistant flooring that is used in restaurant/fast food kitchens. They also require employees to wear slip-resistant shoes. Check out the Shoes for Crews website. If you haven't already checked with your safety services person at the BWC, I suggest it. They have a lot of knowledge and if your project qualifies for the Safety Intervention Grant, they can help you with that.
