YES If so, do you have the visitor sign a waiver? VISITOR SIGN-IN – YES / VISITOR WAIVER - NO Do visitors go into the kennel area alone or does a dog shelter employee/volunteer accompany them? BOTH. VISITORS CAN ENTER THE KENNEL AREA BY THEMSELVES IF THEY CHOOSE. BUT WE OFTEN ACCOMPANY THEM. NO VISITOR IS EVER ALLOWED TO REMOVE A DOG FROM A KENNEL.
