At Richland County, we pay Wage Continuation for up to 4 weeks, so those weeks are treated just like the person is working. After that, if an injured worker is still off work, he/she would draw TT from the BWC and pay their portion of the insurance out of that. If the injured worker stops paying his portion, he is put on COBRA.
