Medina County employs an HR Director ($61,732.94 in 2017) and an HR Clerk ($30,000 in 2017). They handle all FMLA, Workers Comp, benefit Issues, FLSA, ACA, hiring, terminations, negotiations etc. for those departments under the Commissioners. They also perform some of these duties for other elected officials (i.e. workers comp and benefits) and act as a reference resource for HR professionals under those Officials.
