I have developed a series of resolutions that I keep by category on a flash drive. Whenever a resolution comes up that I think I might need to utilize again, I simply store it in a folder for that topic. It’s not in book format, but I save myself a lot of time not creating the wheel every time I need a resolution. I could send you some of the folders if that would help. We wondered how many member counties have a book of forms which they already use when the opportunity presents itself in their commission meetings. Any county willing to share its forms with Butler County would be greatly appreciated. We have forms which we would be willing to share in return. We are simply looking for the most efficient and effective forms in use today. WORD is the format which our forms system is going to use.
