We outsource custodial, I understand they pay their staff $16 – 18 an hour, plus a dollar for their lead. They also help our maintenance staff clear sidewalks if we have a lot of snow. Maintenance workers earn between $18 - $21 and the Manager of the department is at $31.25, which is being re-evaluated for next year.
