Seneca County video records all of our meetings, hearings, on and offsite. We do not transcribe our hearings or meetings. We passed a resolution stating our meetings would be digital. I have attached our resolutions for you to look at, we had to amend our first resolution to clarify digital instead of DVD. We post our videos on YouTube for convenience to the citizens. My question is, in the past say for a Public Hearing, the hearing was recorded on tape and then transcribed for our files.
