No; we do not. The rationale is that you have to pay a premium based on a 10-hour work week at minimum wage and keep track of every individual volunteer. We believe that most volunteers are okay with using their own health insurance, and Workers' Comp coverage is cost prohibitive because of these minimum requirements. Also, with volunteers coming and going, it could easily happen that a volunteer wouldn't be listed and thus wouldn't be covered.
