We would like to have answers to the following questions: Does your payroll department provide the sick/vacation time balances on the employee pay stubs? This will begin in October. Are all departments participating? Those under the Commissioners will be. I'm not sure about the rest. How is data collected from the departments? Do any of the participating departments use time clocks? Paper timesheets are sent to the Commissioners' office where the data is loaded into a spreadsheet that is sent to payroll at the auditor's office. Is there a disclaimer attached, stating that "this information is current as of 00/00/16? No Who inputs the data? Does this create extra time in the processing of payroll? Commissioners' budget officer. Do you outsource payroll, or is it done in-house? What payroll vendor does your county use? In-house. Our accounting software is New World.
