For Example: Muskingum County has an employee that is compensated as a full time employee and holds the positions of: Director of Planning Commission ($30.83 hr. @ 20 hrs. week), GIS Manager (29.92 hr. @ 20 hrs. week), and Land Bank Director ($36,000 annually).
