Are all departments participating?
How is data collected from the departments? Do any of the participating departments use time clocks?
Is there a disclaimer attached, stating that “this information is current as of 00/00/16?
Who inputs the data? Does this create extra time in the processing of payroll?
Do you outsource payroll, or is it done in-house? What payroll vendor does your county use?
