Good Afternoon, I hope you are doing well. Has anyone changed their policies on whether testing positive for marijuana eliminates a candidate from employment? If so, do you mind sharing what you are doing? Are there any exceptions to the rules? Does it matter if a person drives regularly for the county (not with a CDL)? Are you asking for their medical card? Are you permitting a "vacationing in a state where it's legal for any reason" exception? Thanks so much!
