Fulton County only offers a high deductible health insurance plan. The County partially funds the employee's Health Savings Account; the employee has the option of contributing. For employees on Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare, the County offers a Medical Deductible Reimbursement Plan/HRA for medical/Rx only. The County contributes the same amount into the HRA as they would the HSA. Fulton County does not offer a FSA program.
