We have a Personnel Department established under paragraph (G)(2)(a) of ORC 124.14<http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/124.14v1> 2. Does this department fall under the Commissioners' or the Auditor? The resolution we did to re-establish the Personnel Department is attached. 3. How many employees are in Human Resources? We have four employees that are exclusively doing HR work under the Board of County Commissioners' established Personnel Department. DD has three people who do HR work. The Sheriff has one person. The Mental Health & Recovery Board has one person. A. Title & Wage? Our pay ranges follow for the titles we have evaluated recently, we currently have two HR Specialist 1 positions filled and two HR Specialist 2 filled.
