Personnel Change Notice
Hello, We are working on streamlining our policies and procedures and are interested in learning if any county utilizes a personnel change notice form. The intent is, of course that this would streamline the process for supervisors while ensuring clear communication to payroll or county auditors. Ottawa County JFS still uses the Dept of Admin form. Other departments do not have anything specific. They generally just do a letter to the Auditor's office advising them of employment status.
