Re: [CORSA-broadcast] Senior Citizen Services
Knox County does not. However, the Board of Commissioners serve on various agency boards providing services to the senior population as well as funding senior initiatives. -----Original Message----- From: "Dimare, Joel" <Joel.Dimare@lakecountyohio.gov> To: corsa-broadcast@corsa.org Date: 02/17/16 08:58 Subject: [CORSA-broadcast] Senior Citizen Services Dear colleagues, As Lake County attempts to address the changing needs for our Senior Citizen population, there has been multiple discussions about staffing this important initiative. Do any other Counties have a dedicated person that works on Senior Citizen initiatives? If so, could you provide a job description and salary range? We have an Executive Director for Senior Services of Belmont County. He is paid $55,000 per year. He oversees the department and staff that provide all the services including overseeing the senior centers (we have 11 senior centers in Belmont County) and the meal delivery program, etc. We have several senior service levies that provide the majority of the funding for the department. Attached is a position description. On Wed, Feb 17, 2016 at 9:40 AM, Emily Marth <emilymarth@co.knox.oh.us> wrote:
