Muskingum County has a Human Resources/Insurance office under the Commissioners. I consists of the following 2 positions: 1. HR Generalist, Hourly Rate $25.92. This is 40 hours/week and responsibilities include Risk Loss Control in addition to HR responsibilities 2. Benefits Administrator, Hourly Rate $24.88.
