We are similar to Clinton County. We outsourced ours to a local business Buckeye IT Services. This way we have a full team to handle the county. They have done a wonderful job. I can’t imagine what the continuing education and training would cost for employees outside of salaries and benefits. We couldn’t justify hiring an IT Director plus a tech and didn’t want to pay a Director to do a Tech job and couldn’t see having a Tech without the leadership of a Director.
