Our budget is handled by the County Administrator and we use the MUNIS system. Anne - The Commissioners office handles the budget process. Attached is our "schedule" - everything done in excel and then I enter the approved amounts into the Auditor's Finx system. I also attached a copy of the worksheets and details we use - just picked the Coroner's since that is an easy one. Good luck!
